WORK THE SHOW

This page is for wrestlers, managers, commentary, referees, security, and crew who want to work a Rhode Island card.

The standard

SMALL COMPANY. REAL WORK.

Community halls. Honest pay. When we can pay talent, the number is about $20 a match.

01

Roster or independent

Join the official wall or stay independent and still work dates. Not a contract. Not every-show mandatory.

02

About $20 a match

When the door supports it. If a date cannot pay, we say so before you drive.

03

Your merch, your money

No company cut on talent sales. House tables are limited and rotate.

04

Water in the cooler

Free for wrestlers, officials, and crew. Help yourself if you would like some.

Roster advance — $100 Only if invited onto the official roster, and only if the budget can support it. Confirmed in writing or it does not exist.
In-ring pairing Men wrestle men. Women wrestle women. That is the house rule for matches only — not for managers, commentary, officials, security, or crew. A male wrestler may work with a female manager, and a female wrestler may work with a male manager. The split is strictly in-ring, and everyone on the show is treated with the same professional respect.
House conduct — zero tolerance Threats, harassment of workers, theft, sexual harassment, and sexual assault are an immediate cut. No second chances. Read the house rules.
